About the Event
The North American Strawberry Growers Association (NASGA) is pleased to be joining the Southeast Regional Fruit & Vegetable Conference (SE Regional Conference) in Savannah, Georgia, on January 7–10, 2026. This joint event offers an excellent opportunity for strawberry growers to connect with colleagues from across North America, learn about the latest research, and discover emerging technologies shaping the berry industry. Attendees will also be able to take part in the expansive trade show and the wide range of educational sessions offered through the SE Regional Conference.
PIP-CAP’s Agenda
On January 8, 2026, you can expect to hear the following presentations related to PIP-CAP:
- 2:00 pm: Indoor Strawberry Propagation: Strives to optimize mother-plant performance in vertical propagation systems by Mark Hoffmann
- 2:20 pm: Strawberry Transplant Physiology and Management Practices to Maximize Field Performance by Shinsuke Agehara
- 2:40 pm: Break
- 3:00 pm: Propagation traits across different strawberry varieties by Ibraheem Olasupo
- 3:10 pm: Strawberry transplant preconditioning for indoor propagation by Pooja Tripathi
- 3:20 pm: Discussion Panel with Kyle Dick (EZ-Gro), Austin Wrenn (Fresh Pik), and a representative from Nourse Farms
Registration
Registration for all events will be handled through the Southeast Regional Fruit & Vegetable Conference website. Please note that the NASGA Bus Tour and NASGA Annual Meeting are add-on options available through the conference’s à la carte registration system. Separate registration is required for all additional events. Registration is limited.
